Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for tours and services booked through Vromon Seba.

1. General Refund Policy
At Vromon Seba, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our partners. Please note that specific tours may have unique cancellation policies which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Refunds will be processed based on the number of days prior to the tour start date.

More than 30 days before tour start:
You are eligible for a 100% refund of the total tour cost.

15-29 days before tour start:
You are eligible for a 75% refund of the total tour cost. The remaining 25% is retained as a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.

7-14 days before tour start:
You are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour cost.

Less than 7 days before tour start:
No refund will be provided. We recommend contacting us to see if rescheduling is an option.
3. Cancellation by Vromon Seba
In the rare event that Vromon Seba must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or low participation, you will have the option to:
- Receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- Reschedule your tour for a future date at no additional cost.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to show up for a tour on the scheduled date and time without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
